January 6, 2006

Roll call was held and all but two of the Board was present, making a quorum of the Board present.

After welcoming every one, the President asked that the Board consider adding four at large members to the Board of Directors. Two of who would be the Executive Director of the FACA and the other being the Tennis Administrator of the FHSAA. Coach Danise also discussed the possibilities of one being a member of the USTA/Florida Section and the other being a sponsor.

After much discussion a motion was made and Mike Kypriss and seconded by Dede Allen that, The Board of Directors of the FHSTCA be expanded to include four (4) Directors at Large; One of who shall be the Executive Director of the FACA Board of Directors and the other being the Tennis Administrator of the FHSAA.
